Friendly staff. Great location only a 5 min walk to the nearest station. Breakfast was fabulous! Bed was comfy. Shower had good water pressure.
Didn't like: Need softer pillows.

Amazing 🤩 will definitely stay here again and will also recommend to others to stay here How the rooms were nice, clean and tidy. The staff were super helpful and so friendly also couldn’t believe they had a smoking room for the smokers/vapers lol! It was close to convenient stores such as Seven Eleven, Lawsons, Family Mart,train stations and Starbucks - was in a prime location

Amenities provided in room, great location, ice machine in lift area. Loved the convenience of Disneyland shuttle and airport limousine bus
Didn't like: Stayed on floor 20 and the room wasn't as nice as our previous stay on floor 21 a few weeks ago. There was some peeling wallpaper and mold in the bathroom, seemed in need of a refurbishment.

Great location and view The view was stunning. It was close to transport and conveniently located near food outlets.
Didn't like: The sofa bed was rock hard. There is no laundry facility at this hotel. There are coin laundry’s a short walk away but was inconvenient to use. If you are going to use the bus to Disneyland and Disneysea, book days in advance. We went to book and they told me I could get there but not back on the bus. There is a bus that leaves from the local station that takes you there but cost money. And if you get this bus back - you could end up sitting in the isle way. If you need to be at the airport before 7am you will not be able to use the free bus either. On a positive note- the Buffett breakfast is amazing. Lots of variety.
