An excellent place to explore Tokyo from Another excellent stay at an APA hotel! Excellent communication with staff about late arrival. We were warned that if we did not check in by 10PM that our rooms might be given away, so we messaged back promptly to confirm our 10:30PM arrival, and got a quick affirmative response. We had luggage forwarded to the hotel from further south, and the hotel received it without a problem. The rooms are small but perfectly clean and comfortable. All bathroom fixtures work well, with plenty of hot water for a nice soak in the evening after coming home from a long day of exploring. Cleaning staff are courteous, friendly, and helpful, quick to supply any needed items. The location is excellent: 10 min walk to Senso-ji Temple, which is a pleasure to walk around in the early morning or late evening when there are very few people. Tokyo Skytree is very nearby as well.
Didn't like: The restaurant offers 5 different set meal courses for breakfast. The 2 different Japanese options we tried were tasty, but we would prefer a buffet overall. A very minor difference in preference.

Perfectly packaged value for a single person on budget yet clean. Property location is fantastic. Property is clean, bed is good and room is purely functional. You can adjust the A/C temp to your comfort. Perfect for one person.
Didn't like: Do not expect any frill at all.

Very close to a train station, so cosy being small, great amenities, Familymart right out the front!
Didn't like: Very small so there was not enough room for two bags but that’s expected!

Didn't like: Staff of a huge company with several hotels in every Japanese city we visited just doesn't speak English. Rooms are tiny but very well equipped.

Great location in Asakusa Good location near Asakusa station - exit 2b has lift right across road if you’ve got suitcases otherwise exit 1 is right outside the door! Room small but has everything you need - remember to turn the fridge on if using it! Has a kettle & basic sachet green tea & coffee replaced daily. Fresh towel hung outside door daily.
Didn't like: Pillows are authentic but a bit uncomfortable & breakfast is very Japanese.

My favorite APA hotel in Asakusa Location, beside Asakusa station, beside Family Mart. 5 minutes to Senso Ji Temple. Rooms are small but the bed is comfortable and all the toiletries are available.
