Convenient but impersonal and cramped. It has good proximity for the airport.
Didn't like: Checking in was through a machine which didn’t recognise me. There was a staff member to sort it out but it felt very impersonal. The room was very cramped. The bed was so close to the window that I had to scramble over it to get in. Two suitcases on the floor and there was barely room to move. The bar didn’t open until 8.00 and then closed at 9.30. A kettle was provided but tea and coffee had to be collected from the reception area. We didn’t see the coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Fontaine Ariake with such comfort in style, great food and very helpful staff. Ariake area is very convenient in Tokyo, with beautiful new style and excellent service. The buffet dining restaurant is very delicious.

Didn't like: The dining area was not hygienic with the cutlery, plates and oota and trays where the food was. Clean spatulas should be changed more often.

I have stayed there twice this year. If I travel back to Tokyo againI will definitely stay there ag Breakfast was my favorite , love the sashimi the most. Great selection at a reasonable rate

Excellent service and friendly staff Excellent hotel! Close to a lot of shopping centers and stores and the train station. The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Staff was very accommodating. I needed an iron and they quickly brought one up to our room. They also assisted with sending our luggage to our next destination which made it very stress free and easy for us to travel. The hotel also had a complimentary pick up form the airport which was amazing after a long travel day. Over all great hotel, will definitely be staying here next time I visit Tokyo!

The location had great access to two nearby train stations, shopping complex with restaurants and convenience store nearby. Also within walking distance of Tokyo Dream Park.
Didn't like: The lighting in the room is not great for applying makeup.
