Fantastic hotel for families, close to Disney and public transport links The hotel is in a great location between two public transport stations near Tokyo Bay. The staff members who helped us with various enquiries were very friendly and polite. The apartment was fantastic! They gave us an extra bed rather than someone having to sleep on the fold out sofa, the small kitchen was perfect for our needs, and we used the washing machine provided too. They had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and varied. They also offer a free Good Neighbour shuttle service to Disney and back, which was fantastic. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that was missing for us on this stay. It absolutely surpassed our expectations.

Nice place, inflexible local staff. The trainee young foreign man (Asian?) - sorry, didn't catch his name. He went above and beyond to help, much more than the other staff. The "private" lift for top floor customers. Made me feel special! ;)
Didn't like: The local staff. Usually, the local staff in Japan are superb! But here they only care about following the rigid rules and refuse to make any expectations to support individual needs. We apologetically asked if we could check in early. They said not yet, (it was early!) but the nice trainee offered to pass on our number so the front desk could call us when the room was ready. No call. So we returned 30 mins before check-in. Same nice guy remembered us and greeted us with a warm smile, and took our bags. Lovely. However the man in the front desk was cold. "Yes, you can check in now that will cost 1000 yen for early check in. Credit card?" - hold on, we were asking if it was ok, and pointed out that check in is only 30 mins away. Another lady (his supervisor) stepped in and said if we are not willing to pay for early check in, we must wait (through a fake smile). We went to the Lawson, got told off for nibbling a bread in the lobby, even though there are no chairs anywhere else and I couldn't stand with a medical condition. So we got shooed away, returned 5 mins before check-in, and guess what?! They had already opened it!! And the queue was huuuuge!! And the staff were stressed with angry customers complaining about the wait time - seriously?! That lack of flexibility completely undermines their principles, destroys customer service, and creates staff for everyone. And when you finally get the the end of the queue, it's all digital, and no one helps. And it's not just the foreigners who struggle. We had to try 3 times despite going through the Japanese process. Luckily, that young foreign trainee (I really wish I could remember his name) came over and rescued us. He was the angel in this otherwise check-in hell! So if you stay here, forget about getting to your room within an hour of check in time (3pm). You won't be able to get to your room until 4.

Good location for heading back to the airport
Didn't like: The room was ridiculously hot and the air-conditioning was locked at 20 degrees, couldn't go any cooler

The hotel was great, clean and close to cafe's, 711 and other restaurants right across from hotel. Overall everything was awesome!!!
Didn't like: Lack of smart tv, no YouTube.

Overall a comfortable stay, especially if you prefer quieter location The stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Good internet. It’s located in the Bay area, in a relatively quiet and less crowded part of the city. For some it might feel secluded, although my friend and I never felt unsafe. We got a direct limousine bus from the Haneda airport to the hotel. There are two train stations within walking distance – Kokusai-Tenjijo and Tokyo Big Sight. The hotel felt a little far from the popular attractions, and getting to them often required multiple train changes. I was particularly impressed with the laundry machines (I know that sounds weird!), as the clothes came out crisp and well-dried in one cycle. The breakfast spread was extensive, though the options were largely Asian – I was fine with that. There were items like bread, ham/sausages, eggs, fruits and the regular beverages as well. The quality was, no doubt, excellent! There's a Lawson in the hotel and a 7-eleven right opposite. There’s also a mall close by and Saizeriya restaurant, which has a lot of good budget-friendly options.
Didn't like: The hotel has a restaurant but the timings felt off, and whenever we thought we would eat there it was closed. Not sure if that was because of the holidays. It’s best to check the timings cause a lot of restaurants in this area close early.

Ot so good pay for bigger room Appart from the negatives it is easy to get around from there by taxi or rail and eating places were nearby but not much in hotel.
Didn't like: The room was unbelievably small. Smaller than the cheapest cruise ship room !!!!Pay to upgrade to a bigger room. Check in was terrible huge queue to electronically check in and everyone checks in at 3.00pm no earlier.
