Good value for money to sleep, not much more Good value for money. Surprisingly great gym.
Didn't like: Check in queues. Huge complex. Captive eating places not great food. Apart from the station, nothing around to eat at. Pay per use pool was expensive at 30,000 yen.

Really not worth the money. The bathroom products included were nice and the partial view of Tokyo Tower was a lovely surprise
Didn't like: It was a rabbits warren to find your room. We had to go up two separate elevators, into 3 different “towers”. It took 10 mins to vacate the hotel. The on site laundry was a 7 minute was and two elevators away so really inconvenient. The pool was a $40 charge to use on top of the high room fees. The room was dated as were the halls and shared spaces.

Excellent location and breakfast buffet is amazing! The facility is right across the street from Shinagawa station. It is very convenient. The gift store is very nice. They had a lot of souvenirs that I had been looking for all over Japan. The best part about staying here is the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend you include that in your booking. It is well worth it.
Didn't like: Room a bit small.

Didn't like: Old bathtab and old bath room

Nice hotel for convenience Easy access to Shinagawa station, food and shops
Didn't like: The bed is a little too soft with so much usage. A very busy hotel. Self check-in system was really laggy and difficult to complete. Not user friendly

Bad hotel , good location Location

I really loved its location ~ it was so close to Shinagawa Station, so that made travelling via trains so easy.
Didn't like: The check-in process was a little messy. I was guided to use in the self-check-in counter but ultimately got an error message that required me to seek assistance. Turns out I was just too early for check-in (2.30pm versus 3pm). It would have been nice if staff themselves were more aware of the situation instead of blindly guiding guests to the self-check-in queue.

The hotel facilities were great, and the service we received from staff was incredible.
Didn't like: Maybe a few more amenities, however they all met expectations.

Didn't like: Internet connection is very weak. Remote control for the television doesn't work properly.

It was just average Proximity to train station
Didn't like: Dated facilities all the rooms furniture where from the eighties. Everything looked worn and in need of an upgrade
