My day was OK It was clean. I had a waterpark.

Didn't like: It’s too difficult to find your rooms, I think two rooms or more should have more than one at least two large pots if you’re gonna have a kitchen the pot was too small , more than one trash bags, the bed was hard the first night we got beer the shower was stopped up.

Nice place We loved the water park and all the pools.

Didn't like: The price is the same for 2 people or 6 people. I wanted to go with my husband, but I couldn't justify paying that much for 2 people.

We loved it! And will definitely be back! Staff were amazing! We especially want to thank Ted for finding our belongings we left behind and him working with us to get it back to our home in Missouri as quickly as possible!

Didn't like: We had ants in our room.

Great family staycation ..great pools Nice pool and parks Things to do Activities for kids but wish they had stuff for older kids everything was for younger kids

Didn't like: My room was really hot Items to purchase was really expensive in the store The activities we had to pay for and would have been nice to know ahead of time, maybe offer a discount to ppl staying at the resort. Bar drinks were expensive and very weak Bar staff not friendly ..the guy looked angry he had to take my order. Wish the kayak and pelican rentals were for longer times ..30 mins for 25$ seems like a rip off

Would not stay in this hotel ever again and would not recommend it to anyone. Had party going on in the rooms near us an It was great for us with a large family to stay in a room. There were enough bedrooms but I did not like how far the rooms were from the reception. It’s simply had to walk through a lot of corridors or a lot of lifts to get where you needed to get.

Didn't like: Very long corridors, a huge distance from the room to the reception which seem long and they didn’t have any facilities to buy water or any refreshments after a certain time.
