Wonderful The location is convenient, the staff was wonderful. I will go back.

Didn't like: The elevators were out of service for 3 days and i traveled with a senior and it was difficult to walk all over to find an elevator.

It could have been so much better if we had a comfortable place to sleep The location was great

Didn't like: The foldout bed couch is old, it was stained and super uncomfortable 😣 terrible to sleep on. It needs to be remodeled completely The breakfast tastes terrible the eggs and sausage needs to be from another vendor they taste bad and plain out of a box taste. Thanks so much for listening and see if you can better the foldout couches plsss

there I liked the hotel, the staff was great, the amenities, the safety. The beakfast is very good, only you have to watch out for busy times.

Didn't like: I did not notice the parking cost when booking, which accounted for 25% of my total cost (very high for me).

Didn't like: There was blood in one of the towels. They do not clean the rooms this is our first and last time staying here, expensive parking as well for such a bad experience.

Location is awesome. Beds are a little small great value for money would be willing to attend. The location was awesome. Very close to the parks Disney and universal close to the outlet mall. I also enjoyed the taco spot across the street “Mexas tacos” Mickey waffles

Didn't like: Breakfast was very basic same thing every day scrambled eggs, some kind of sausage plenty of bread. Wish they offered more fruit selection, and yogurt. The beds are listed as queen size beds, but really they are full. Size

The breakfast was awesome. Full buffet style with all breakfast items! The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Close to where we needed to go. Highly recommend!
