I would say this has to be the cutest place we've ever stayed! Can't wait to come back! Everything from the value of the property to the amenities was absolutely fantastic!

Didn't like: The only things that weren't perfect was: 1) the pushy timeshare people, but for the price, I get it. 2) wish the front desk had the common toiletries that most hotels do. 3) some of the toys, games, and other things for the older kids were broken/missing, but I understand how hard it must be to keep up with all the kids running aorund.

Didn't like: Would like to add that should be better emplemented way to house cleaning open the room doors to service …..Just got my door open Sharp at 11am with out nock or i received a phone call…. Gave you guys. 5star the day before ….i would not before that ….other than that all was good . I got sad with that issue because almost got me and my fiancé with out close , that would not be good .

Didn't like: We stayed at this hotel a few days earlier and had a reasonably good experience, so we decided to return. Unfortunately, our second stay was awful. The shower in our first room didn't work, and there was no hot water. We were moved to another building, carrying all our luggage and two sleeping children up and down stairs late at night. There are no elevators, making everything even more inconvenient. The second room was worse: a strong sewage and damp smell, no proper hot water, and a much lower standard than the original room. At 11:30 p.m., people were shouting and making excessive noise in the outdoor playground. The rooms have virtually no soundproofing, so everything could be heard clearly. A staff member approached the group, but the noise continued for at least another hour without anyone effectively enforcing the quiet-hours rules. We complained again and were given a third room, which also smelled horrible, like a wet mop or dog. The air conditioning was running at full power when we arrived, masking the smell, which became noticeable once we turned it down. There wasn't even hand soap at the sink. Exhausted, we decided to stay simply because we couldn't face moving our sleeping children and luggage again. The staff were friendly and understanding, but offered no real solution beyond repeatedly moving us between buildings and floors, despite the enormous inconvenience. Three rooms with unacceptable problems, excessive nighttime noise, and no satisfactory solution. We appreciated the staff's kindness, but it didn't compensate for the poor maintenance, cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms. We would definitely not return or recommend this hotel.

Average The main areas were cleaned and properly maintained and close to shops. Like 15 minutes from magic kingdom etc

Didn't like: The main areas were cleaned and properly maintained but the rooms have gotten bad not as clean as it used to be and things are deteriorating without any improvements. I stay at this hotel all the time when traveling to Disney and I can see the difference each time. The breakfast has always been average. I really don’t understand why would they always serve boiled vegetables for breakfast (cauliflower, carrots, etc) instead of serving something appetizing that people will actually enjoy and eat during the morning. If the budget is low then increase the price but don’t serve this anymore please because nobody eats it.

The decorations were absolutely beautiful and touched my heart so deeply that they brought tears to my eyes. ❤️ They made our celebration feel truly special and created a memory that my family and I will cherish forever. I also had the pleasure of meeting such wonderful people, including Yenny, Ada, Alejandro, and the friendly Dominican gentleman at the front desk Jesús and the housekeeping team. Each of them contributed to making our stay feel warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. This was more than just a hotel stay; it was an experience filled with kindness, thoughtful details, and genuine human connection. You can tell when people truly care about making their guests happy, and this team proved that in every possible way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our special occasion so beautiful and meaningful. You didn’t just meet our expectations; you exceeded them in ways I never imagined.
