Even if it was free I wouldn’t recommend someone staying in the mold and mildew infested rooms. The front staff were very nice.
Didn't like: Everything else. The location is terrible to get to. Rooms were run down. Both rooms we were in had mold and mildew. Our second room toilet constantly smell of pee. Water was dripping out the light by the bathroom. The sink knobs were broken. The laminate floors were peeling up. One corner of the room looked constantly wet. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here. This place is disgusting and needs a complete overhaul.

Best stay ever!! I will be back and bringing more of my family. Thanks to the wonderful staff. The staff in the morning was SOOOOOO GREAT!! The first day I arrived 9/25/26 It was a male and a female their who did everything to make my stay wonderful.

Met our expectations but far from exceeding them The location is very good as it was walking distance to Walmart which came in handy. Also gift shops are just across the street. Beds where a little high but fairly comfortable. The free shuttle to disney parks is amazing and if you get the option for the breakfast buffet i would highly recommend it as 1. it saves you money on food, 2. food was excellent and staff was just as good, and 3. great value for your money!!!!!! The life size chess is pretty cool, beautiful outdoor pool and a nice ice cream parlor eatery on site!
Didn't like: Pillows weren't great. We found them flat and semi hard and soft. Arcade was disappointing as last year arcade games were 2 tokens each or (50 cents) now they're 4 tokens each or (1dollar) the 1st room we got was musky but the staff was accommodating and looked up our room we had in the previous year and moved us to that room. 1 front desk clerk seemed to have a more of a professional attitude rather than a friendly attitude.

Never returning Not much beds are comfortable
Didn't like: The room smelt damp and musty, the room faced the carpark no net curtains so we couldn't pull to old dated curtains, too many other problems to mention here we moved hotels after a few days because the room was so depressing

Will never go back
Didn't like: There was a weird smell on the floor I stayed on. The breakfast buffet was cold and the food tasted weird. Didn’t like the very forceful cells people set up trying to get you to go to their timeshare.
