The amenities that were available: a pool area and mini golf

Didn't like: On arrival, the staff member who gave the parking passes was very pushy about wanting us to sign up for a "90-minute discussion and tour" with the hotel. When I declined, she insisted on knowing our plans for each day of our stay and even wanting to know our plans for why we couldn't stay for another night. I also received a phone call during our stay with another staff member trying to get us to sign up for this same thing. I did not like how pushy these interactions felt. At check-in, we were given a map to get to our room, and the way we were recommended to take was completely closed for construction, so we had to turn around and find another route. Once we made it to our room, the key card scanner battery had died and would not let us into the room. We were told to wait outside our room, with all of our luggage, for 15-30 minutes until someone arrived to fix it. Security that changed the battery was friendly and helpful. Once in the room, the temperature was hot, and we couldn't figure out how to cool it down. The thermostat would not respond to any buttons pressed. A staff member, assuming maintenance, showed up and was very rude while attempting to press the same buttons we did and spoke to us like we were stupid and were asking too much. Our room was situated on the opposite side of all the amenities, and the pool that was outside our room was closed for construction. Our room was in an area that we did not consider walking distance to the other amenities, so we had to drive, which is not always convenient with a small child. I received an email prior to check-in that I could pay an additional $25+ each night to be within walking distance of select amenities, but that seemed excessive. They also advertise having 2 restaurants on site. However, one is completely closed down, and the check-in staff did not mention that.

Highly Recommended – Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities! We had an exceptional experience at Aqua Sol and cannot recommend it enough. The setup is the perfect balance: fully furnished, spacious apartments equipped with everything you need, paired with all the perks of full hotel services. Everything was spotlessly clean, neat, and extremely comfortable from day one. The on-site water park was a major highlight and added so much fun and convenience to our trip. Whether you are traveling with family or just looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway, this place delivers on every level. We would gladly come back!

The town house we stayed in had constant leaks from the ac vents from the rain. The only positive is the fact it was close to restaurants and stores.

Didn't like: There wasn’t any prior notification about amenities being closed due to construction. Site says road construction.

Location was perfect for us. I love how much room we had for our whole family and the fact that we were able to cook as well. The staff was very friendly. This was my second time staying here and both times were amazing.

The water park for my grandchildren...they had a blast
