Reviews
Review highlights
- Cleanliness7.0/10
- Mixed sentiment: several guests praise cleanliness but there is a significant negative report about housekeeping (one guest on a 28-day stay received only one cleaning). Overall slightly below average due to inconsistent cleaning service.
- Service8.1/10
- Mixed: many mentions of kind and helpful staff, but multiple comments about unfriendly front desk members and a confusing check-in process. Service is generally competent but inconsistent.
- Location9.5/10
- Strongly positive: numerous guests highlight excellent location close to Disney parks and convenience for conferences; shuttle service frequently praised.
- Room Quality8.4/10
- Generally positive: rooms and apartments described as comfortable, spacious, well-equipped (kitchen, balcony). Some specific issues reported (clogged faucet, sofabed hard to use, some mattresses too soft).
- Amenities9.0/10
- Very positive: pools (multiple pools for all ages), hot tub/jetted baths, shuttle service, washer/dryer and well-equipped kitchens are repeatedly praised.
- Value for Money9.0/10
- Positive: several guests note good price, last-minute great deals, and overall good value for an apartment-style stay near the parks.

Location and price are great
Didn't like: the rooms are not appealing and don't look like the photos online. The bed and pillows are not so comfortable. Parking is hard at night so traveling alone I didn't feel so safe.

Nice place and location We liked how fast the staff responded to assiting in upgrading room
Didn't like: The first room looks like a dungeon. Old furniture very dark. Should upgrade rooms on the 1st floor in bldg 15

Location is great but staff services were poor Mainly the location & the price
Didn't like: The services, cleaning, & the staff were not welcoming or friendly. I had bad experience with the front disk girl who was not welling to help or answer my queries & the house keeping which was not good at all although we stayed for 4 nights they never did any cleaning or supplied us with towels/ amenities or even collect the trash!
