Overall we stay on property frequently and have had very few issues with our stay. The property on international drive i The property is clean, close to everything and the staff were very nice.
Didn't like: Night time buffet is gone. That’s sad. And also the rooms with no carpet makes the hotel look more like a motel 6 or 8. Not a big fan of that.

Good for the price, would stay again Hotel was in a good location, staff were friendly the shuttle to Disney was great. Daughter loved that the pool was open till 10pm My watch got lost and after speaking to staff they had found it within 10 minutes
Didn't like: WIFI signal in the rooms wasn't the best Shower water pressure was a bit low

Easy check in and out, police staff, nice amenities. They had an arcade which was nice, pool , and splash pad.
Didn't like: Not many options in arcade besides lots of claw machines that seem impossible to win.

Great location, great service and will stay there again. Great room for the price. Excellent location with friendly staff and a couple of pools plus a water play area for the little ones. Very close to everything, and have happy hour at the hotel bar.
Didn't like: Did not know they charge $10 for parking per night, not a big deal, just did not know about it ahead of time.

Didn't like: My room didn’t have hot water in the shower and house keeping kept coming to the door multiple times before check out. I had to call the front desk as I was trying to get as much sleep as I could before driving 16 hours and they kept coming to the door.

Great value, very sa The breakfast to go buffet is $9/lb and sitting down at the buffet will run you about $15 pp unlimited. Opens at 6:30am and doesn’t close until 11am. Loved their oatmeal, Mickey Mouse waffles, and I make a grit bowl, adding scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and lots of butter! The ladies that work for the mornin breakfast buffet , are amazing, will get you anything that you ask for, plus always a have a smile and a kind word for you, no matter how early it is on a Monday morning!!
Didn't like: The oatmeal is so heavy, that a bowl of oatmeal to go, ends up being about $10. Can’t think of anything else to complain about.

Terrible Experience – Dirty Room and Unacceptable Conditions
Didn't like: My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. For a property owned by this company, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable and reflected poorly on the company's standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with a bed that was much smaller than expected, dirty bedding, ants, and visible black mold. The bathroom was also in unacceptable condition, including a hole in the shower. These issues made the room uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about sanitation and the overall upkeep of the property. As a company-owned property, guests should be able to expect basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. There is no excuse for paying for a hotel room only to find these conditions upon arrival. This experience left me questioning how the property is being inspected, cleaned, and maintained. I strongly urge the company and its management team to take accountability for the condition of this property and address these problems immediately. Guests deserve clean bedding, pest-free rooms, properly maintained bathrooms, and appropriate attention to potential mold issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others, nor would I choose to stay at another property managed by this company without serious improvements being made. The company needs to take responsibility for the properties operating under its name and ensure that guests receive the quality and cleanliness they are paying for.

Great stay away from home It’s always a quite comfortable place never have any issues we have stayed multiple times as Disney pass holders and have never had any complications staff is wonderful
