The bed was comfortable
Didn't like: Bartender Ruby, said she didn't have limes for a drink, I find out next day there were limes, she just didn't want to slice them. She was unkind and I felt she just didn't want to be there or bothered by anyone

Very well located and a bit too crowdy area in Manhattan The hotel is well located and you can seat on the bar/ It is modern and the room are nice
Didn't like: . , we wnt the next morning to the reception and the man who worked at the night nshift open for me three rooms to choose a better mattress and indeed the difference was huge. I just hope no other visitor would have to sleep on it and that will replace it with a new one. When we signed in we received a rood with too soft and with curved in it mattress

Small room but good & comfortable. Great location! Although the room size is small but the beds are really comfortable. There are a lot of charging points around the room, great for one with a lot of electronic devices to be charged on daily basis. The location is very convenient, it's walking distance to Port Authority Bus Terminal, where other than buses, certain route of subways are in this station too! Lots of restaurants around, basically in every single direction from the hotel. It's also only around 10mins walk to Times Square.

Adequate, clean accommodation and amenities in central Manhattan area. Ease of check-in and check-out. Cafe/Bar/Lounge area and terrace.
Didn't like: Neighbourhood has deteriorated with increase in homeless population. Feels dirty and less safe than a few years ago. Size of hotel and high turnover made it a less friendly experience than Pod39
