Didn't like: I booked 5-6 months ahead for a king bed and did not get that. 6 months ahead and this happens? Unacceptable

We were glad to find an affordable place to enjoy NYC. Breakfast was good, cafe staff so friendly! Location was convenient 2 Times Square.
Didn't like: Bed was hard, needs a topper. No mini fridge. Elevator was jammed a couple of times, long waits. Reception desk, not very friendly, though they brought us pillows and blankets promptly.

Didn't like: The only good thing about this hotel was its location. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely crowded, with long lines and too many people around the pool area. Things were constantly missing, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below what I expected. Sadly, this hotel does not meet the standards I associate with Marriott. I was very disappointed with my stay and would definitely not choose to stay at this hotel again.
