Had a great stay Very central. About 13 min walk to Javits Centre which was important for the first 3 days of my stay. Nice room with super comfortable bed. All the staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location although getting congested like most of NewYork. Daily vouchers were helpful in absence of breakfast. Helpful staff.

Didn't like: Basic room & its size didn't justify the price. Expected better with Marriott tag.

Our train home was canceled and this hotel had room for us. Felt safe and welcomed. Welcoming staff. Filtered water right outside the door. Place was quiet for the location.

Didn't like: Need new pillows. Only thing I was disappointed about.

Nice hotel Nice hotel, room size is good and clean, bathroom size is good too. Bed is comfortable, they give a cobon 25$ that you can use in the restaurant or coffee shop instead the hotel per night. Recommended

The worst hotel that I’ve ever been in the entire world. Not worthy of the marriott name. It was a good property with decent rooms

Didn't like: First and foremost, the staff. The staff gave me an accessible room which is typically less expensive than the regular room that I booked. I ask for the change and they did, but the manager was like “this is the biggest room in the property” as if he was doing a favor for me (?) Second, location is not safe. It is close to the bus terminal and weed shops. I’d rather choose AC hotel near this one next time. Lastly, the housekeeper didn’t even prepared new towels after cleaning. I had to call the reception twice to get the towels at midnight when I came back from a bus tour.

Didn't like: I will re check again after 4 days I ask reception to keep one bag in reception for 4 days until I recheck again after 4 days but they refuse
