My stay at the Arlo was incredible. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly - they made us feel welcome right from check-in to check-out. One of the hosts said to us as we were leaving, "whenever you're next in New York, just know that this is home". A massive shout out to Alex who greeted us every single time we left and entered the lobby and always wished us "a beautiful day", Alex, you are amazing and your kindness goes a long way.

It was a good stay. The location of the property was amazing as it was a short walk to Times Square but also Central Park. The Cafe downstairs served the best flat whites and we liked that there were quite lounge areas for if we didn’t want to spend time in the room

I loved our room, it waa super comfortable. Although the AC wasnt working that well, it was ok!
Didn't like: I didnt like that much the fact that everyone can see you from other buildings when you have the roller down.

Comfortable hotel in great location Brilliant location for first-time visit to New York. Easily reached via the Air Train and subway. In Hells Kitchen a few minutes walk from Times Square, the Empire State etc. Cool hotel, interesting decor. There’s a cafe and bar. Room was clean, serviced every day. Decent shower, comfortable bed. Considering the location, very quiet at night.
Didn't like: Nothing other than a plug socket next to a mirror would have been handy.

Fit the needs for the stat, not first. Choice Had a nice coffee bar in the lobby
Didn't like: It advertised itself is being close to the seven, and it was quite a few blocks from there. It is in quite a noisy part of town that upon departing was very busy with homeless and bike shops etc. the rooms are TINY

Great location. Easy walk from Penn station. Clean and comfortable room. Nice facilities on-site with excellent service and cocktails.
Didn't like: I've stayed at the Arlo several times in NYC as well as Miami, DC and Chicago. This was the 1st time that we did not have a coffee maker in the room. This was a quick stay so it wasn't a big issue, but I prefer to be able to have a quick coffee in the room 1st thing in the morning without having to leave the room. Please bring this feature back!

Great location and great hotel food - especially the pancakes! Great food in the restaurant. Central to the hustle and bustle of New York. Fantastic rooftop bar!
Didn't like: Large hotel and rooms are quite small when sharing with a family.
