Close to airport, low price, easy accessibility, staff were super helpful!

Didn't like: WiFi didn’t work even in room 101 which is the CLOSEST possible room to reception Assumingly where routers would be

Didn't like: Be nice if they provided tea, coffee sugar and milkn

The hotel that charges for tea in your room. Nice, clean and comfortable

Didn't like: Hoppa bus very confusing, all bare in mind that there is 3 Ibis on the same road and only 1 of the busses goes to the budget one. Staff could been more welcoming. They charge for the tea and coffee in your room... Never had a hotel do that before... Was disgusted after a long day of traveling.

Almost perfect. Very helpful staff. Clean and very comfortable bed. Really nice smelling body wash supplied.

Didn't like: I knocked a couple of points off because you had to buy a pack of tea and coffee supplies for your room. I just went to the shop 3 minutes down the road and got a small box of teabags and carton of milk. If I stay again, I'll bring my own!

Staff were attentive especially the bar staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Didn't like: Had to pay for tea and coffee, wasn't provided in the rooms. Some dodgy guests there but I guess it's the location... only 1 lift was working which was annoying as one of our family is wheelchair bound
