I would stay there again!!! And I’m super fussy! The location was excellent, close to so many things! Our room was huge and roomy! The staff were all super friendly and helpful! There was an old charm about it! We had a room with two double beds on the 22nd floor! It was pretty big!

Good location, pleasant staff but room had no view even though was booked as city view Old vintage style. Lovely customer service
Didn't like: Paid for premier city view king room and did not have view at all. Room In middle and looking directly into other rooms at the Warick. Had to keep curtains shut for privacy and no natural light so dark room. Disappointed as would have been a great stay but for that. Should not say city view and customer doesn’t receive even a view at all! False advertising and people pay more to get a view

Excellent location, safe and good value for the large rooms in Manhattan! Location and big rooms Fast elevators
Didn't like: Shower took very long to heat and was not very warm And showering in a bath with a curtain is not that great. Also very small bathrooms

Unpleasant experience The location is great. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained.
Didn't like: I requested through Booking messages that my 85 years old in-laws were assigned an accessible room with walk in shower. To emphasize my request I also called a few days prior. When we get there, my request was not taken into consideration. At the front desk, a room was assigned at the last minute. When they get to the room, the bathroom was extremely small and had a walk-in shower but the floor was uneven ( almost like a step down) It was a tripping hazard! I don’t know what they were thinking when they did the bathroom renovations….Luckily nobody fell but in multiple occasions the staff ignored the guests’ genuine needs.

Perfect place, perfect stay Great big room and wonderful view. The hotel’s location iwas fabulous, comfortable big room. Only problem was the bathroom was too small but nothing terrible. Perfect cafeter7and gym. Overall great stay!
Didn't like: Air conditioner in the room didn’t work and it was very hot. Lobby was a little old looking. Elevators too small, no problem for me because they were fast but small. Windows could be sound proof since the street is very noisy.

Great location, great hotel! Excellent location Staff were very helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Beautiful old New York vibe and the size of the rooms was great.
Didn't like: Fitness centre was small and a little lacklustre There was an odd smell in the hallway that was a bit off putting.
