Amazing on every level! Our suite was exceptional! Huge room, excellent value and location was fabulous!! I’ve never had a room that’s like an apartment, three blocks from Central Park. Phenomenal!

3 cousins take New York Great midtown location so close to Central Park as well as Broadway/ Times Square without the noise! Facilities were good, older but clean. Our suite was sizable with a separate bedroom and extra bathroom. The pull out sofabed was actually ok for sleeping! Illy coffee pods a nice touch The 26th floor lounge was nice. Fresh cold water (and sometimes coffee) readily available for free.
Didn't like: 1 elevator for whole hotel most of the time. There was always a long wait. Everything else was ok We did not partake of the full breakfast but it seemed rather plain and meager for $35 pp.

Overall great experience. Was very pleased with room size.
Didn't like: There was an old lady at check-in that took a lot of time. Unfortunately there was only one reception personnel working so a line formed of 3-4 people.

Ok Excellent location in the heart of Manhattan. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was within easy reach, which made exploring New York very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay
Didn't like: The room was a little small, and the price felt slightly expensive for the room size. Apart from that, everything was good.

it was good overall because of the location but the hotel needs to upgrade their rooms the bathroom had very bad odor

Lovely place and definitely will stay there again I loved the hotel. I will always stay there when I'm in New York City. It has the feel of a boutique hotel. The Staff were very nice and helpful.
Didn't like: I had no control over the air conditioner :(

The room service was great; they cleaned daily and replaced all the comfort items and bathroom supplies. Breakfast was also nice, with fruits, protein choices, and fresh juice.
Didn't like: We picked this hotel mainly because it has a kitchen. When traveling with family, having a kitchen makes it easier to cook home food for the kids instead of running around looking for food during attractions. It keeps things comfortable for everyone. Unfortunately, they don’t allow using an Instant Pot.
