The room was surprisingly spacious for New York standards and the location is absolutely perfect- right in the heart of the action.

Didn't like: It was very noisy throughout the night and neon signs outside were extremely luminous and kept waking us up, forcing us to keep the blackout curtains tightly shut. There were constructions works taking place with workers climbing outside the window during day time.

Bedbug palace : Book anything else but this place . Initial impression okay until we arrived at the reception desk

Didn't like: I have never come across such a rude obnoxious receptionist as we encountered in this hotel . Absolutely shocking , mono syllabic , totally non interested in offering any level of customer service. I have written to parent company to complain . At $550 per night i feel we have a right to better treatment .
