We spent 8 nights here, in the heart of Midtown, location being great. 👍 The breakfast was so rich, from 6³⁰ to 12⁰⁰, in this way giving us a chance to sleep more after 20 km per day. 👍 The room was fine, big TV, clean bed sheets and towels. 👍

We loved all the space. The bedrooms are good sized along with large dining room sitting room area. Great location.

The location is amazing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, with spacious rooms.
Didn't like: Our room was not cleaned properly, we had black hair on the shower walls when we checked in. The staff was rude at moments, telling us we may or may not have a room ready when we booked back in January. The elevators were also down the entire time so it took us forever to get up and down them daily.

Good location, everything else was pretty poor Location is brilliant, although the noise even on the higher floors is pretty loud at night
Didn't like: No real facilities to speak of. There are 4 lifts in the building, 2 of them never worked and 1 was intermittent. This left only 1 working lift during most of our 4 night stay. Allow an extra 10 minutes when travelling to accommodate waiting for the lift. Rooms were OK. Shower floor was peeling, not great decor.

Room was nice, location was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lobby was really nice.
Didn't like: Two tier breakfast system was very disappointing as when booking this was not clear whatsoever that breakfast in my booking was totally inadequate. Elevators were not working. Room suggests there is working air con because of the existence of a panel on the wall, but there is no air con in the room. Flat rate of $120 agreed in hotel for airport transport, but when paying it was more.

Good value, very central to Broadway and Times square Great location, good value for money. Most staff helpful band friendly. Breakfast very basic, one coffee or juice, 1 pastry, 1 fruit. Room was nice, has just been renovated.
Didn't like: Better choice at breakfast. Sometimes waited a while for the lift as very busy at times.

Will not return to this hotel When I finally got the room that I paid for I did like my room
Didn't like: I didn’t care for some of the staff. I didn’t care for the first one I received, which was outdated and things didn’t work along with my shower overflowing. I did not like that. The elevators did not work our entire day and we had to use the service elevators. I did not like that. I did not have access to working outlets and that the wood on my bed was coming apart. I did not have anywhere to sit in my room.
