We would definitely stay again. Highly recommendeded Located in Midtown Manhattan, it was a perfect place to access everything from Central Park to the theatre district by foot & nearby metro stations otherwise. The room was spacious & clean, & the kitchenette had everything we needed, including coffee & dish cleaning supplies. The shower had soap, shampoo & conditioner dispensers. Plenty of towels too.
Didn't like: The only lighting was bright & overhead. I suggested at the end of our stay that softer lighting would be appreciated, even if its just reading lights by the bed or a rope light under the kitchen cabinet.

Didn't like: I found the reception staff rude … Cleaning staff was very good and were trying to support us but the ladies were from Mexico and having challenge in understanding English.

Great Location We had a 1-bedroom unit and was great to have space to sit and relax after a long day. The location was fanatic, beds were comfortable
Didn't like: We couldn't use the laundry till 10pm

Great location, awesome staff Location, staff, they let us check in early, upgraded out room to the penthouse and had quality umbrellas for guests caught in expected rain

Great location! Mattress need replacing and our room had a tiny kitchenette!! The location was perfect for Rockefeller center and nearby areas. It was also convenient to go to the Mets game too since the subways are around the corner. I love it that there is a walkable WF too nearby. I didn't know that. It was a small store but did have alot of what I needed.
Didn't like: The kitchenette did not have a sink and in the pictures it showed as if it did have a nice layout. Our room was tiny and the bed was not good. I got a back ache every morning I would wake up. They need to change out the mattress! I liked the wood floors and the mattresses had a cover so no need to worry too much on bed bugs!!

Worst suffocated stay Near to metro station. Other than that no advantage.
Didn't like: Too unclean. No parking. Rooms are not much ventilated. Beds are not good. No good ambience. Lifts are dirty. Smells bad. aC is not good. Totally waste of money
