First Girls Trip! The staff
Didn't like: There isn’t coffee machines and I wasn’t told that we had $15 credit and only used 11 on the last day.

A great location hotel The room is very nice, the beds are comfirtable. The location is super.
Didn't like: The water stream in tge bath is weak (stsyed at floor 32) They forgot to clean the room in one of the days. The lightning in the room was poor

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with an excellent location and wonderful staff, but there is room for improvement in cle The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring New York City.
Didn't like: The cleanliness could be improved in some areas. The hotel was also not very flexible regarding early check-in or late check-out, even when we were willing to pay an additional fee. The internet service was also average and could be improved.

Like the location. This is a former Crown Plaza hotel, renovated & now operated as Hyatt Regency. Great location. Didn’t care for room location within facility (Gave me 2 double-beds room at first). Explained I asked for Superior King via Booking & change to right room but poor location
Didn't like: Room on an un-secured floor (same floor as gym). Anyone could access floor from ground floor “without” a room key.
