Great location. Great location to be able to go around manhattan. Hotel with carácter. We enjoyed the gym

Convenient The hotel was amazing the staff the room and the beds are super comfy. The starbucks in the lobby is an absolute plus. For our very first trip to New York for a concert it was a convenient walk to MSG. It's literally the hub to get anywhere in New York.
Didn't like: The pedestal sink in the bathroom, it's leaves no room for anything/toilets in the bathroom.

Good value just for the location. Close to the main attractions.
Didn't like: The bathroom was atrocious. The shower tub was scratched up, frankly put - disgusting to shower in. Hair left on walls from previous guests.

My go to hotel when I'm in New York. The staff and rooms are always great and very clean. It's in a great location not too far from all your major attractions. I was there for an extended work trip this time around and it was only 4 blocks from the studio. If you're going to a concert at MSG it's right across the street, made the decision to buy last minute Harry tickets one night VERY easy lol I love staying at the New Yorker.

Didn't like: Dirty carpets in hotel especially the bedrooms and the smell of damp carpets was awful…wallpaper ripped bathroom so old the floor was marked and grouting was mildew would have been better off in a hostel

Wonderful place to base your New York adventures Wonderful location 3 min walk to Penn station and Maddison Square garden. So easy to get around the city. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the Empire State building
