Small room with noisy AC and not comfortable bed The location, close by to where we needed to go
Didn't like: The beds and pillows were too soft, they didn’t provide enough support. The room is very small. The AC is very noisy and does not cool enough. We call the maintenance person but just showed us how to turn on and off. It was way cooler in the aisle by the elevator. The entrances of the hotel are by the sides of the building. They are not wide enough, so it’s difficult to enter pulling bags. The days we stayed, there were always bins of sheets/towels being delivered and bins of trash. We were not able to get in/out of the taxi in front of the hotel. The elevator (we were at 15th floor) was very busy. We always had to wait up to 5 rounds to be able to catch the elevator up or down. The breakfast was very limited for hot food options. The card reader at the bar didn’t work (at least that’s what we were told) so it will be taken out of the deposit (which by the way, why would it take up to 7 days to be returned?)

Linen was Stained with bodily fluids. Jeremy was very kind to respond and take $200 off first day. He had someone bring Great location

Good, clean place to stay for 'normal' money in NY. The staff in all aspects was brilliant. The room was clean and quiet. The ability to store our luggage before and after.
Didn't like: With a European background i found the breakfast 'interesting' but I've never been to the USA, and so I don't know if this is normal. A buffet with sparse setup, paper plates, and plastic cutlery. I could find something to eat but and for the amount of people coming to it, it was always replenished quickly but certainly an experience. I hope for the room to be a bit bigger but at the end of the day, it did it's job.

Great location, able to walk to our Broadway show while feeling very safe. We walked all over the Broadway area from our room, and had plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend.
