Met my needs in the location I needed. Very clean and staff excellent.

Prima locatie Cleaners where fantastic. On their own initiatief was the bathroom sink fixed. Even before we took action. All staff were very helpful

Dad and daughter for H Styles concert at MSG Location for maddison square garden the reason we came ,but also its great for all other areas as subway 4 mins walk .Staff fro. Reception really friendly and positive ,Breakfast great ,WiFi great ,if I came to new york again it's a very strong contender.
Didn't like: Obviously NYC hotels are small rooms and high price but I researched as much as I good and feel we got a good one .Again NYC is noisy even you hear the traffic at floor 26 .AC was also noisy and shower not particularly hot or strong pressure ,these comments are minor and didn't bother us.

It was a great location from the event I was attending and the train station no would recommend to stay again. It was smelled good as you walked into the facility. Staff was very attentive. You could tell they wanted to ensure they knew you were there. Not only did I observe how they interacted with me, I observed others. It was the same.
Didn't like: There was still an opened soda can in the fridge. We called down to the front desk to make sure they knew while checking out the room before the stay.

Friendly service and great location Great front desk service. They were able to hold my luggage until my room was ready plus gave me a key to the bathroom so I could freshen up. The room was clean and well maintained.
Didn't like: The pillows are really flat :( Also, I recommend adding some soundproofing to the windows to avoid hearing horns late at night.

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. Fantastic location, the staff were so friendly and helpful and it was really clean

Great location and very friendly & helpful staff. Gym could use some work. Great location with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out were effortless and I was able to checkout incredibly early due to my flight time which was very pleasant. Room was clean, cleaned every day and all towels + soaps etc were timely replaced.
Didn't like: Gym was very lackluster, weights were sparse and quite light. The gym was small, only had 1 bench, no space for jump rope, limited cardio machines. Pictures are not representative of how the gym is actually set up.

wonderful We loved the location of hotel to all the activities we enjoyed for three days. The train and subway were close.
Didn't like: Would like to have lower price per day that we stayed. Maybe a senior discount for those that have a fixed income.
