we will be back again next year We were thrilled with our stay it was more than expected
Didn't like: That we had to leave

No excited Close to the beach, zoo, aquarium and city bus.
Didn't like: Most of the time no cold water; only hot water in the tap. The room we rented didn't have any ventilation; to have fresh air you have to sleep with balcony door open, which may be too noisy for some people. Bath tub was pretty badly damaged and patched with something that looked like bandages. They kept leaving us with two sets of towels for three people.

Staff was very nice
Didn't like: I understood that I had to pay for an extra person. But I also booked an ocean view and paid $500 for it and it was not what I expected at all. They should let Car people know that they don’t actually have an ocean view. It is a very partial view.

Dirty and old and mildew Only location convenience
Didn't like: Awful. Customer service was so bad, they told me it would cost 50 dollars to check in a few hours early, but my friend who arrived 1 hour after me got into his room for free right away. Unacceptable. Dirty and old rooms. Bad view

Great location but hotel needs updating and customer service needs improvement. Room was clean. The bell boys were great. The hotel location is great.
Didn't like: Needs to be updated in the bathroom. The faucet are old and the drain in the tub is rusted. The staff at the front desk were not helpful. The bell boys were great but the $2/ luggage to store before our flight out is ridiculous considering we paid $500/ night and told them we would need to store them for an hour to eat at the onsite restaurant before the flight. We left, ate offsite.

Great place to stay in Waikiki Room was very nice with a balcony! Views were incredible and everyone was very friendly! Services ran very well and the restaurant was very nice with an amazing view for the diamond head. 2min walking from the beach and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is good for groups and wedding at the far end of Waikiki Great location for being close to my family and I love the yoga and the deck and pool area
Didn't like: All the rooms I’ve stayed at and this is my 6th time are noisy. This time my first room was so noisy I couldn’t sleep and had to request a room change. Staff were polite about it but no compensation for lack of sleep
