Didn't like: The TV remote control was not easy to operate. The bath faucet n pipes were almost falling off.

The room was really nice and wonderfully clean The staff were all really great, lady who did my check in was really really helpful,. The suncream and after sun in the foyer was a great idea - I didn't spot it till my last evening but the after sun provided was better than the stuff I bought. The swimming pool and pool area were great, I actually liked the birds kept landing and walking around - that was cute. The foyer of the hotel is absolutely stunning.as the first thing I saw on arrival it made a great impact. I also found the chairs in there all comfortable too... The massage function of the shower was perfect after a day snorkelling. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Brilliant location! Kalākaua Avenue gets really busy and stepping out of a hotel into that bustle would be quite a stressy start and end to the day, Park Shore's entrance/exit opening to a spacious area with grass, the burial mound and trees was a great feature and something I think you should mention in advertising.
Didn't like: Major thing: I didn't sleep well and woke up early every morning because of noise from air-conditioning, even with it turned off in my room the ventilation was noisy. Minor things: Lighting in the room was surprisingly dim There was no chair in the room The bathroom could benefit from signage or instructions saying how to use the shower. I noticed the tap was a little loose on the wall which I'm sure was due to guests not knowing how to switch between tape and shower wrestling with the selector. I also didn't realise the shower had a (brilliant) massage function till my last evening. The morning coffee bar had no cups. The first morning I went it was almost 10am so I figured if just missed them but other mornings I found no cups. I'm guessing guests are meant to use the cups supplied in the rooms but bringing your own cup to a bar sound a pretty strange idea so signage explaining that would be helpful. No usb ports in the rooms. For 2026 that's usual.

For first timers in Hawaii, we really enjoyed staying in Park Shore since it was near everything from the beach to the p I love how it is near the beach and the other landmarks

Fun Honolulu vacation! No breakfast included but restaurants are close by. Try Goofy’s, good meals. Excellent location across the street from a lovely sandy beach. Ocean view from our room & from the pool deck. Nice clean pool. Included is use of beach chairs, umbrellas or other beach equipment. Room & bed clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Randi went above & beyond to help us, and made our anniversary celebration special. Angel was great too! Trolley & bus stops close by.
Didn't like: If there are pool change rooms we didn’t find them. After checkout we got changed in the pool washrooms.
