Great location, room not well designed. Location was great.
Didn't like: The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. The bed was small, had dips in the bed so one of us was sleeping in a hollow, the edge of the bed had no support and really should have been replaced a long time ago. The tap over the basin barely reached the basin not a good design. The room needed another light. The safe opened into the wardrobe so if the wardrobe had clothes in it, so had to remove clothes to use the safe. On the first floor there was quite a bit of road noise. The hotel has no pool.

Reasonably priced and comfortable accommodations in fabulous location Fabulous location just a block off the beach and Waikīkī strip. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Didn't like: Because we were on an end room with a bathroom louvered window to the outside, it was quite noisy starting around 6:30-7am when the vendors across the alley started setting up shop and playing music. Also, our toilet continued to run constantly. We told the desk a couple of times and they fixed it a couple of times, but it still had intermittent problems.

Definitely staying here again The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and kind.
Didn't like: Would have been nice to have a microwave.

Not what I had expected.. Paid more then what its worth.. their staff was what made the stay better, especially Eddie.
Didn't like: The overall place is out dated.. carpets were super dirty/stained. Some carpet tiles in the room was coming apart from the ground. The grout in the washroom was dirty. Overall nothing like the photos in the picture (pictures were definitely photoshopped).

It was a great first stop in Oahu. Very close to restaurants and shopping as well as the beach. It was very close to the beach
