Great location within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Great value for money Great location. Breakfast coupons for 7 nights was a nice surprise as we didn’t think breakfast was included. Lovely range of breakfast for each day we stayed. Great view of the beach even though we booked Mountain View but we got a lovely partial sea view room and that was lovely

Very bad unclean and stole my money. The place
Didn't like: There was cockroaches in my room. And they took my physical card for $100 deposit after i fully paid on booking.com then proceeded after i check out to charge me the full stay plus the deposit and tried calling them multiple times but never really gave me a solution. Basically stole me twice.

Excellent location and beautiful views, but the numerous extra charges and service issues do not justify the high price. Excellent location, right in front of Waikiki Beach and close to shops. Beautiful views, a clean and comfortable room with a very comfortable mattress. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Tamara at reception and Xiaoli, who cleaned our room every day. The elevators were fast, and the ABC Store inside the hotel was very convenient.
Didn't like: Far too many extra charges for such an expensive five-star hotel. At check-in, we were informed about additional fees. Although breakfast was included in our booking, it consisted of only one dish per person from a set menu by the pool. To access the full breakfast buffet, we had to pay extra every day, approximately $50 per person. Beach loungers were not complimentary and had to be paid for separately, while the main pool was dirty. We also paid extra to have our room decorated for our anniversary, but this was never done. The bathroom was extremely small, and the parking garage was located in a separate building and was difficult to access. Additionally, on the day of Tropical Storm Lala, we were directed to the breakfast buffet, but the selection was extremely disappointing, with very few options and not even the basic items. It was certainly not the kind of breakfast one would expect from a five-star hotel. Overall, the facilities do not justify the hotel’s high price.

Great location The hotel is in a lovely position, right across the road from Waikiki beach. The room was comfortable, clean and the bed was comfy too. The icluded breakfast on the rooftop pool deck was a great bonus, especially enjoyed the fresh fruit platter. A spectacular sight is the fish feeding in the 2 storey high aquarium in the foyer lounge. Would recommend a stay here.
Didn't like: The only thing I can think of, is Im an English breakfast tea drinker, and the room only had flavoured teas, which seemed to unavailable in most places in Wakiki. However I was pleased to find it available at breakfast.

Wonderful Hotel in the best location in Waikiki! Everything! Location is great because it’s close to best beaches and parks at southern end of Waikiki while being close enough to busy central Waikiki which can get pretty crowded.

I didnt stay. DUH - I had to canel it and Alohilani told me Booking.com had to do the cancellation. They had no way to d
