Location was central to the main strip of Waikiki. Has its own coffee shop & small shops within the hotel foyer. Hotel has daily activities on offer & a beautiful pool with great views of the beach in front.
Didn't like: Bathroom was a little small however it was still accommodating with a bath/shower & toilet in one.

They have surfboards to rent! Amazing So amazing. Great breakfast. So close to the beach it’s perfect

The staff was nice and location was great. Directly across the street from the beach (ocean). Walking distance to restaurants, activities, and shopping.
Didn't like: Paid for an ocean view and received a partial view. Room and bathroom were dirty. Air conditioner wasn't properly working, kept breaking down. Room was extremely hot, moggy, sweaty, and refrigerator had mold in it.

Location was good and the hotel had a lot of perks. We enjoyed the boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, air hockey, foosball, and lei making class. I liked having an ABC store and breakfast place easily accessible downstairs.
Didn't like: The one thing I didn't like was that the paper schedule they have us at check in did not match their actual schedule. I had a disappointed kid when we showed up for a leaf weaving class at 2 pm per the printed schedule but the class was actually at 1 pm. It probably said it was at 1 pm on the online sign-ups but I didn't double check and just went off of the printed schedule so we missed out.

Hawaii 2026 The staff were excellent, the location was fantastic.
Didn't like: Very expensive especially the resort fees which you don't find out about until checkout !!! Rooms are spacious but are very dated and worn out now. It is in need of an upgrade now

Overall a wonderful experience. Great location and views of Waikīkī beach and Honolulu. Good breakfast buffet and pleasant staff.
Didn't like: Check-in was not on ground level. Only elevator is on other side of the property, unless you carry your heavy bags via the escalators.
