the hotel is in a good location in downtown Honolulu; a shortwalk to Wikiki Beach the Auana show which was located in the hotel; happy hour at the restaurant near the pool

Didn't like: more lounges in the pool area instead of the cabanas which were hardly used

Nice hotel in a great location. Location was great - right in the heart of Waikiki area. There was a street festival when we were there right in front of the hotel. It was great.

Didn't like: The coffee shop music was loud which was a little jarring in the morning.

Didn't like: Housekeeping was late in the day and there was confusion about cleaning the room daily vs every other day.

Great location & comfortable. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable & quiet, adequate food facilities, great on-site show (Cirque De Soleil "Auana").

Didn't like: Expensive & then there is a $55 per day charge for the mandatory valet service.
