Satisfactory budget hotel for Waikiki but not good service Good location to beach, local attractions and shop. Pool and poolside bar was good and provision of pool towels. Handy and workable laundry.
Didn't like: The $100 USD per day holding amount for incidentals etc. (over $500 AUD for the stay) was ridiculous. We've never paid more than $100 AUD for the entire stay at accommodation for holding amount for incidentals. The reception staff took too long to attend to customers. When we first arrived to check-in, there were at least 3 staff behind the counter on computers and not one looked up to attend to us and we were waiting for at least 15 minutes. We were promised a balcony we did receive upon check-in but with no furniture on balcony and overlooking back dock of hotel. Not great service. No pickups from this hotel for booked tours and we had to walk to other locations. They also do not provide any airport transfers.

Excellent location and room Location fantastic and room very spacious. Ideal for a six night stay for us.
Didn't like: Even though I am a Hilton Honors member no benefits were available to us which was a bit annoying. Also other benefits offered at checking in were also not available it seemed. Would be much better not to mention these benefits, rather than tell us and then tell us we can’t have them?! We then had to wait almost half an hour to check out as again, wasn’t able to check out using the Hilton app. Almost missed our uber! It honestly felt like we were being punished for using Booking.com and not booking direct with Hilton

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Its location was great and price good. Easy to shop for snacks or dinners. Staff were Very convenient location. Comfortable room. Reasonable price.

Overall our experience at the hotel was very good. We liked the bar around the pool area, it provided space to relax in a few different ways.
Didn't like: The room was a little noisy, as we backed onto the back of the elevators. We were under the impression Breakfast was included as we had paid for it. On check in we were advised that this wasn't the case, although our check in details indicated we had a US18 Breakfast included. As a result we only had 2 Breakfast at the venue, when checking out we were advised that Breakfast was included and the US20 each time per person was then credited back. It would had been nice to have had this confirmed at the start. This was extremely disappointing, essentially paying twice for some Breakfasts.

My stay was made great by all of the staff and their attention. The location was perfect and the staff were outstanding. It was great having a restaurant so close. I would definitely stay here again.

Good value Great location, very central. Rooms were tidy and the hotel staff were all very accommodating.
Didn't like: The mattress and the pillows were a bit too soft. The outdoor chairs were covered with dried bird droppings as well.
