Reviews
Review highlights
- Cleanliness7.8/10
- Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms and beds, but other guests noted issues (infrequent linen/towel changes, empty conditioner bottle, noisy/poorly sealed windows) indicating inconsistent housekeeping/maintenance.
- Service9.0/10
- Generally praised: staff described as super friendly and accommodating (printing, late checkout, joining rooms); however some guests reported indifferent or unresponsive staff — overall service still leans positive with helpful front-desk actions.
- Location9.3/10
- Widely noted as a strong point: walking distance to mall, Walmart, Sams, restaurants and the beach (about 10 minutes); convenient for shopping and local errands.
- Room Quality8.3/10
- Mostly positive: rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds and quiet in some reports; a few guests experienced noisy rooms (pool-side), loud AC and phone issues — overall room quality is good but with occasional maintenance/noise problems.
- Amenities6.8/10
- Mixed/limited: on-site laundry, small pool and parking available, cheap $5 breakfast offered; lacking in-room microwave/kitchen for some guests, slow elevators, spotty WiFi and limited late-night food options.
- Value for Money6.5/10
- Mixed to negative: some guests felt price was acceptable for services, but multiple complaints about rising room and parking costs and declining service quality reduce perceived value.
- Food and Beverage7.0/10
- Mixed: inexpensive, substantial breakfast option praised by some, but guests reported long breakfast lines and lack of available food late at night.

I would stay here again Confortable bed
Didn't like: No fan in the bathroom

Felt ripped off - no room service, resort fee, noisy. Nothing to like.
Didn't like: Only cleaned room every fourth day. I stayed 3 nights; therefore, never had room cleaned. First floor rooms next to lobby; extremely noisy. Charged resort fee, but this was a very old hotel in town, and had zero resort amenities. Obvious the hotel was tailored for tour groups and clientele seeking cheap and minimal accommodations for a cheap price.

It’s fine Good location near the hospital Decent breakfast, although you have to pay for it
Didn't like: The manager promised me a refund if I left at night early, but then reneged, so had to pay an extra night even though he agreed. I could check out early.🤬

Do not recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful night Not much.
Didn't like: No kettle in room. Noisy continual traffic and trucks early in morning.

Very pleasant stay with everything in place and order The hotel is not expensive but relatively close to the beach. The koi pond is something you could watch for hours, it’s full of colourful koi fishes. Beds are big and comfortable. Breakfast menu is diverse and everything was tasty. The personell is nice and kind, special commendations to Rayna and Starr who brightened up each morning with their charm
Didn't like: Missing toilet brush and the fact that rooms are cleaned every fourth day
