The views were beautiful. The location was great, close to shopping, the park, the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Good but I will not return Our room was clean but the facilities were not the cleanest. We found a cockroach 🪳 in front of the entry of the pool.
Didn't like: The staff were not considerate. The woman that welcomed us did not informed us that breakfast on Sundays ended at 9, she just told us 10:30 am. We almost missed the breakfast we paid for. Also in the restaurant the staff wanted to charge us the breakfast buffet even though we paid for it. Really not the best service.

Beautiful lovely getaway for a weekend just was a long enough Fabulous Pool and the view overlooking the pool and Marina

Nice big rooms with great marina view, very inviting. Great showerhead. Nice sushi restaurant right downstairs and excellent Chart House restaurant in walking distance
Didn't like: The infinity "pool" was quite crampedand the hot tub was UNCOMFORTABLY small

Power outage, no hot water or electricity. Did not stay at this hotel. Should have been refunded. Nothing.
Didn't like: When I'm on my way to arrive at the hotel, I was sent a letter from Waikiki Prince hotel stating they were experiencing power outage with only one elevator, no power in the rooms and only Cold water. In the heat at the airport, I realized being in dark room, unable to recharge phones, take a hot shower. I also wondered how the key would work. We called our agent and found another hotel room for the next two nights. we were not refunded anything from the hotel.
