Location was good
Didn't like: Room was tired and dated and the fridge unusable, the lift also broke and was not fixed nor was a sign put up to explain it was broken.

Didn't like: We had a hurricane and could not come to the conference. You folks refused to give us a refund. We are a small nonprofit that helps people. We will never use you again.

I was very comfortable, the room was quiet, air conditioning worked, and all my needs were met. The check in staff accommodated my requests as much as possible. The room had a good desk and chair, and fast internet so I could work comfortably.

I liked the location, a variety of business. A short distance walk to one of the beach.
Didn't like: It wasn't anything wrong with the hotel.

It was just ok Very nice entrance as you come into it so many floors, the elevators are kind of slow
Didn't like: Our room when we got to it no air conditioner was turned on before we got there, but the room was hot

Didn't like: The second shift security guard (was there working around 4pm) was helpful and courteous while the first shift (was there around 10am) needs to be a little friendly to your guess. And so with the young (like Chinese lady) on duty on the front desk.

Great stay and very comfortable. Pool was very good, fantastic bed, room was huge, exceptionally clean & the staff were really lovely. Great night’s sleep. Close to car hire at Discovery Bay. Stored bags before check in and let us use the pool which was great after an overnight flight.
Didn't like: Nothing - it was great.
