Absolute miserable experience that was the start of our holiday. We stayed 1 night in a very average room and ended up p That we were only there for 1 night
Didn't like: Facilities rubbish.. no kettle so we used the coffee pot with a metal bottom on the electric hob which blew up and we got charged about $400 US dollars for.. tried to see the Manager who was not available. No signs about not putting this on the stove top, it was equivalent to a metal pan on the hob we thought. The money was taken out of my account without my agreement and no communication with the Manager. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. We received an email regarding this later, which was quite rude and tried to make us feel that we should be lucky we didn't have to pay any other money. It was lucky we weren't injured from the shards of glass that blew off the hob. No concerns for us or the unsafe hob. Stay clear of the this place.

A relaxing, stress free 5 days in Waikiki. The location was ok, approximately 15 minute walk to Waikiki beach & main hub of food & shops. There is a nice little park across the road from the hotel with a water feature and it is very close to bus stops. Our room was a great size, it had a sofa as well as a table & chairs. The balcony also had 2 chairs so you could sit outside of an evening. We stayed 5 nights and we were very happy there.
Didn't like: We normally stay closer to the main Waikiki hub, only because of shops and food locations so this hotel was a little further away to what we prefer.

Kitchen is very good, fully equipped. Location is excellent. Can walk to the beach, shopping areas, and everywhere.
Didn't like: I don't have any complaints. The building seems to be rather old (but not too old), but well maintained, with good cleanliness.

Enjoyed the hotel amenities. Very friendly staff. We liked our kitchenette and view. We enjoyed the meet and greet wine and cheese with Hawaiian music and dancer. The pool is very nice. At checkout we were able to store our luggage and use the pool facilities. Water with lemon and/or orange slices in the lobby and near the pool area was a nice addition.

Good budget option Location, view. Dated, though very clean room. Appreciated the mini kitchen area with most all needed items for cooking provided.
Didn't like: No breakfast, no snacks available for purchase, not even water. The bedding was limited to sheets and a thin blanket sandwiched between sheets. 4 pillows provided, all very flat with minimal support. No room cleaning for stays less than 5 days. Even if you are there for more than 5 days, the first clean is at 3 days and ever other day after that. Any service requested above and beyond that is given at an extra price. The mattress had a stiff ridge all around the edge that made it uncomfortable to sit on, cutting off circulation.
