It was a great vacation and there were very few things that I did not like. The check in staff was slow. The view and aesthetic.

Didn't like: The location was not easily accessible. Our cab dropped us off at the main hotel and we walked a maze to our hotel location.

Good family hotel with a good vibe but a bit far away from waikiki It really is like its own little village. It’s great having so many dining and shopping options on your doorstep. Beautiful water view from our corner suite.

Didn't like: It is a big far out from Waikīkī (25 min walk) and the beach outside the resort is pretty but lots of rocks so difficult to swim in. Pools were ok but nothing great and they were cold

Beautiful stay in Waikiki. Great property with all the amenities.

Didn't like: Overcrowded and check in took over an hour with a line that spanned the entire lobby.

Terrifying.. people throwing bottles from top balconies.. if these bottles had hit someone they would have killed them . The bed was comfortable

Didn't like: It’s an old outdated property.. mouldy corridors .. miserable staff … would never go back .. not worth the money to stay there

Terrible check-in experience. Hotel felt tired and dirty. Would not stay there again or recommend. The room and beds were good.

Didn't like: The first impression was the check-in. We arrived at 1 pm. The line was already too long. We waited over an hour to reach the check-in desk, whilst the priority guests had at least 4 customer service staff to check them in, the general guests only had 2. This makes no sense, considering my assumption would be that most guests arriving would fall into the general category. We noticed the general check in line was much much longer in the afternoon. A terrible first impression. The overall appearance of the hotel felt tired and worn down as well. Elevators were dirty and not regularly cleaned. Guest towels were scrappy and needing replacement. On the one day we did have our room cleaned. Surfaces were not wiped down, including the bathrooms.
