Pacific Marina Inn Airport

Excellent!!! I only stayed for about 3 hrs,I would’ve stayed longer but my Girlfriend had to leave earlier than expected. We both Loved the room,it was very cozy,clean,the staff was very accommodating to my requests,We had a great time,and we’re planning to go back soonest,but this time we are planning to spend 3-4 days,so it should be amazing!!!

Didn't like: I liked everything!

Location was conveniently close to the airport

Didn't like: The checking-in time front desk clerk was kind of not a usually American Hotel staff type welcoming. Usually front desk staff smile, welcome when guest come in, but this guy gave the impression he did not want to be there. Also I called from the airport to find out about the shuttle, and he put me on hold. After 15-20 minutes of being put on hold, I hung up and called again still put me on hold. I finally gave up and spoke to other shuttle drivers at the airport pick-up area and they gave me the information about the shuttle frequency, color of the Studio6 shuttle etc. Not very professional front desk staff. Hope the owners see this and talk to him about that.. Check-out time staff was very nice and friendly.

Wasn't a very good experience with this hotel. Very small room and bathroom, decent location for a quick lay over an Only thing good about it was we had a one night layover and didn't want to stray far from airport so it was nice and close. Staff was also friendly and had a shuttle from the airport.

Didn't like: Felt dirty, didn't want to have a shower because the shower wasn't the cleanest, hotel is in an industrial area, price for what you got was not worth the visit to this hotel. Pool closed at 9.

Didn't like: The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows as well

Didn't like: This hotel is terrible. It is extremely old and desperately needs renovations. The photos are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. There were homeless people sleeping both outside and inside the hotel, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised. Even the outside. The only positive thing about this hotel is the shuttle service. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here. I wish I can get my money back

Overall very pleasant stay. Nice open layout and proximity to the ocean gives refreshing feel to the hotel. They were very accommodating to our specific needs about the check in and pick up at the airport. The location is convenient. The property was kept tidy.

Didn't like: The lock and key were extremely finicky at the beginning.

Very convenient, and affordable for the price you pay it’s absolutely right The Hotel manager, Tati was really down to Earth and so all the stuff of the Hotel.. they are very much warm and welcoming..

Didn't like: What i dont like the hotel was every weekend they are so busy and Fully booked due to people they keep coming back. And not just that very affordable the price…

My stay is decent and the hotel remains as my future stay options. The most attractive feature to me is that hotel is very close to HNL airport with free airport pickup/drop-off. It is very convenient for late-day arrival at HNL. It also offer reasonable cost with all needed amenities for my transient stay. The hotel satisfy all of my needs for the stay. The hotel is very close to public transportation, I can take a bus to cruise terminal and other sightseeing locations.

Didn't like: I arrived on a hot day. The air-conditioner was running full-time. The old style air-conditioner was very noisy that degraded sleep quality. I tried to use the remote control to reduce fan speed but the remote did not work. The next morning I checked the remote and found its battery rusted. Although this is a low probability event, I would like to suggest hotel management to implement some process control to have AC remote checked frequently.

Pay a bit more and stay somewhere a bit better. Great location near airport, good price advertised

Didn't like: Had to pay extra for parking (which wasn't expected), AC in first room wasn't working properly. Staff were kind and switched rooms, but AC in second room was also only just working, and having to keep it on full-blast all night to keep the room barely comfortable: it was so noisy I barely slept. Seems like the whole place is in need of some investment.

Efficient Tiana and security guard Sam went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one.

Didn't like: Loud AC unit
