I stayed a while because I had plastic surgery. I enjoyed my stay for the Amazing location Great buffet Lots of special treats and drinks. Lots of English channels

Didn't like: Loss of water for the day. I’m sure it was a one off but it did suck. Chicken Marsala in Asian restaurant tasted worse than dog food.

Great value for money, nice staff and good beach access Good location, south side of hotel zone. 15mins to airport but no plane noise. Fully all inc with reasonable quality beverages all day. Two restaurants provide options of Asian or Italian alternatives to the central buffet for no extra cost. All staff were helpful and pleasant

Didn't like: The room had all standard facilities but was a bit fusty. All central areas have been renovated in last few years, not aware if our room was an exception but not enough of an issue to request a change

Not worth the money The rims are very spacious and nice looking

Didn't like: The property is very small and there’s not a lot of things to do unless you wanna be in the beach and the swimming pool and there’s only one à la carte open all the time and the food is really bad there one buffet and the food is really bad there too

So dissapointed Great staff.. they made it from a 2 star to a 3 star

Didn't like: The food was terrible, it was so bad i couldn't even eat it anymore i had to go out to eat. no flavor terribly cooked, and we are in Mexico what not have a mexican restaurant.. only had a buffett with the same food cooked over again in different way, fake Italian food, and a sushi restaurant that was not sushi

Okay Breakfast was great. Room bathroom door would not stay shut. A little far from where I wanted to be. The food was the best part. The staff is great.

Didn't like: Location. The room could be cleaner. The drinks were all watered down and mostly syrup.
