Excellent staff and great place to rest after a long flight! Staff was excellent providing extended late checkout. Breakfast was also included. They also had a nice lobby area that made it easy to work remotely.
Didn't like: Hotel is a bit dated in areas and the rooms do not have a minifridge. Not make or break for a short stay.

Very disappointed - never again
Didn't like: We‘ve booked the hotel because of one reason - the free airport shuttle. And exactly this did not work! We tried to arrange pickup service a few days before but we got the feedback that we have schedule it when we were ready at the airport. We tried as we were told but we did not get any response. We were forced to get a ridiculously expensive taxi to the taxi. When we are explained it to the staff. We did not got any apology/compensation. They explained to me that the shuttle service is a different company and they know that something like that can happen. I am not interested in the company structure organization. I wanted the shuttle for which i paid and no bs. I definitely do not recommend this hotel!!!

Convient but not very comfortable The rooms are simple but nice, the installations clean
Didn't like: The friendliness of the staff could definitely use some improvement, breakfast was very scarce. Communication regarding the shuttle pickup at the airport was not enough.

Its a small hotel room with a shuttle that's difficult to get & breakfast is just edible. Mediocre service & stay. The staff were the best part of the hotel but the hotel needs some upkeeping. The shuttle needs to be more precise and on time

Everything ok except what I wrote before Location for the airport
Didn't like: I asked a wake up call and I never received it thanks I put my phone alarm I couldn’t rely to the reception I asked also to lower the air conditioner which was a freezer in the room first reception said they would send me somebody to explain how to lower it because I couldn’t do it and then after nobody came I called back and they said they would lower it by computer and it never happened We needed to wake up several times during the night to turn off and on because off was too hot having no windows to open and on we would freeze and get a cold with the cold air hitting on our bed directly
