Definitely recommend staying at this hotel when you need a place to stay for Great location with clever architecture to resemble a cenote. Good food and nice atmosphere with good service.

So close to the airport it’s an easy walk - don’t let the taxi drivers con you into a n expensive ride with them ! Comfortable and friendly with great facilities and the shuttle to the terminal worked well
Didn't like: We had trouble getting the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We could not seem to book in advance and were then surrounded by lots of con men trying to make us get in their taxi But as I said a 5 min walk max so in the end not an issue

Convenient to airport for one night stay Good location close to the airport. Staff were lovely, very pleasant and helpful. Beds comfortable and there was a reasonably good bar and restaurant so it was very convenient for a one night stay. Parking on site was small but we were lucky and got a space

Excellent hotel with excellent breakfast and very clean rooms The rooms were very clean, comfortable, very close to the airport, shuttle available to and from the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and professional.

Didn't like: No transfer bus available when I called at my arrival, I need to wait 4 hours or to take a taxi on my own , that I have done (very expensive , 30 euros). No possibility to walk until the hotel from the terminal 4 to the hotel or to take a airport transfer from the terminal 4 to 2 where is located the hotel
