Lovely hotel in a great location with very friendly staff Great location with large comfortable room / bed. Walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. Parking the car was easy and a short walk to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

Had a lovely stay in Rome and overall enjoyed the hotel, and if we came back to Rome I would consider this hotel again The location was excellent for our trip, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean
Didn't like: The shower flooded when on full power as the design is problematic Also the elevator could barely fit 2 people

Comfortable Room, Safe Location, and very walkable to central Rome sites. The room was nicely decorated and featured a more modern décor with a nice comfortable bed. The air conditioning was nice and cool. Bathroom was well laid out with nice finishes, though we’d wish we had a little more counter space for toiletries. The building lift was a bit small, 2-3 person max, but it’s par for the course in a period building like this and it was not a major inconvenience at all. The front desk was always available, professional, and attentive to any request.
Didn't like: A wish, not a negative. We wish the bathroom had a little nook or more space for travel toiletries.

I’d stay here again The location is excellent. There’s a taxi station right across the street. Good shopping and restaurant options.

Good location, 15 minutes walk to major attractions. Ok breakfast, very good selection of bread and sweet croissants.workers were nice and helpful.
Didn't like: Tiny elevator, loud hallways, door to my room had about 2-3 cm gap at the bottom so all night you could see hall light and hear other people walking or slamming their doors.

Location
Didn't like: Elevators didn’t work

They should get rid of that elevator and don’t use broken and bad sofa bed instead of a normal bed. Location was good.
Didn't like: Instead of a twin bed there was a twin sofa bed which was supported by cushions and very noisy and could cause back injury. We had to ask them to switch the bed which they did Elevator was very small and slowest ever. Also, one day elevator broke which means we had to take the stairs to 4th floor in the heat and stuffy air as they don’t have AC in common areas.

The location was excellent, with everything conveniently accessible. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Didn't like: The kettle seemed to have a strong smell of cleaning products, which made me uncomfortable using it to prepare tea.
