Excellent location!! We had a room with a balcony, and the sunset views were amazing! We would definitely stay here again.
Didn't like: The room was rather small, but having the balcony made it wonderful.

CONTENTED We stayed in the hotel for a full week. We had booked a double room with balcony but the room we were given was a single room with a double bed (the door banged up against the bed when you opened it). It was also exceptionally gloomy with only the narrow window of the balcony door giving light. We got a glimpse of the double room next door when the cleaner was cleaning it after the guests had left and that was the room pictured in the hotel description. I complained about our particular room to the manager after on the 5th morning and he was very helpful in allowing us to stay in the better room for the last 3 nights which we very much appreciated. The location is excellent for the sights and there are good restaurants and an excellent cocktail bar within yards of the hotel. A good choice overall but if booking a double room with balcony ask for the room advertised. Then you'll be very happy indeed. Our rooms were very clean and we were given fresh towels daily.
Didn't like: We didn't like our initial room but found the manager very helpful in giving us the room advertised for our last 3 nights. The bar area was uninviting as was the restaurant so we ate and drank elsewhere.

Liked the hotel very much, staff was helpful and the breakfast offering were very good. Well located near the train station, lots of restaurants nearby and our room had access to the lovely roof terrace.

I will choose another property next time. The location of the property was very convenient to many historical sites.
Didn't like: Wall paper was moldy and peeling. The furniture well worn.

Great location, clean, quiet and all you need for a visit to Roma. The friendly staff at the front desk. The quiet and dark room. The strong water pressure in the shower. Clean room.
Didn't like: The building is a tad dated. Lack of cover on the terrace area means it's difficult to utilise it. The A/C turns off after 3 hours.

The staff were universally smiling and pleasant to interact with. We really felt welcome.
Didn't like: The beds were quite hard; very thin mattress.
