Great location. Clean Location
Didn't like: Some rooms have no view… first room we were assigned looked out to a wall of another building. It took a day to get to another room. The ads claim you can see the coliseum from the rooftop, however the Rooftop restaurant was not available either night of our stay

Perfect stay It was already my second time at the hotel and I am sure for the next time I will book it again. The rooms are huge, beautiful, super super clean and the staff is so friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect and in all directions you can reach everhthing within minutes: the train station, colosseo, pantheon, roman forum, best restaurants, spanish steps and so on. Also at the breakfast you can find anything you need with great quality.

Didn't like: Although design of room was very unique, the circular glass stairs are extremely dangerous and the bath tub was beyond slippery. Bathroom should have grab bars around tub area.. i don't know if you could but maybe you should offer persons the choice if available to have rooms without the stairs to bedrooms especially guests with mobility issues like someone on our party had. Our room door never really locked completely as well

Style over substance, there are better options for central Rome. The location is very good - walking distance from Termini train station and the main sights. The breakfast was good also, lots of choice.
Didn't like: Definitely a case of style over substance. The walls in the room need repainting (lots of scuff marks) the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently which meant we had to leave the window open throughout the night and it is a city centre location (sirens, road noise etc.). The beds were uncomfortable.

Walkable in a safe area- good shopping nearby The libby was dirty and there were events in the dining room so we had to go off site to eat

We will recommend to friends and will stay again. The location is great. The staff is wonderful! The deck is lovely. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
Didn't like: The rooms needed some refreshments around the tub. The shower door leaked. The hallways could use some freshening up. But all minor repairs.

Wouldn’t recommend The room was big and location was good but that’s about it. The restaurant food was nice but pricey drinks.
Didn't like: The bathroom was pretty run down. The tiles were patchy with loads of grout in some area especially on the shower floor. The doable bat in the shower was just sitting in the wall and if you touch it fell. The toilet was in a bad spot with the plastic shower screen sitting on your face. And when you flush the toilet it keeps running . Paid way too much for the room. Very disappointing for the price per night we paid
