Breakfast was nice and it was in a good location.
Didn't like: The staff did not seem very friendly. I had reserved a car for the trip back to airport but was not reserved. Room was not turned over as expected. The lights flickered a lot. Not good service on TV. WiFi was okay. I asked to be put in the room sooner and was never notified if my request could be completed. The shower wand head was leaking and didnt work. Bed was very hard.

Nice hotel - very comfortable in a good location. Nice hotel - very comfortable room. Location was great - easy to walk or take the metro. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. Would recommend.
Didn't like: Not the hotel's fault but the room next to us had a person screaming, crying, throwing up and overall very disruptive one of the nights. Woke us in the middle of the nights - unfortunate.

I enjoyed my stay. Rome does not disappoint. Next time I might change hotel to a more modern establishment. The location and proximity to the train station and central to all sites and shopping areas.
Didn't like: It’s a bit tired and could benefit from a refurbishment. I could get a stale odour from my room. There was no hot water on both mornings of my stay which was very disappointing.

We had a very pleasant stay. Helpful staff at the reception desk, good, breakfast, nice decoration, very clean, close to metro line A.
