Very nice stay at a great location. Would definitely come back. Location was amazing. The welcome package in the room was a surprise and well appreciated and made the hotel stand out in a positive way, especially the real orchide. The room had everything and was very comfortable, lots of unexpected treats. Staff in general very friendly
Didn't like: Certain items ran out quickly at the breakfast and wasn’t replenished, regardless of the hour (smoked salmon). The restaurant staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed even at half capacity. I can not recommend the coffee at the buffet, better ask the staff to find one from the “back room”. More offers at the egg station?

We had a lovely stay, the staff were excellent The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, and the breakfast excellent.
Didn't like: The menu for evening meals in restaurant was limited, appears to have better options on room service menu - in particular no sides (veg of day, fries, etc..) listed

Didn't like: They do not have parking in the hotel and all the public parkings nearby were full. It took us 2h to find a parking place about 3km away

THE BEST EVER!! We got upgraded to the deluxe suite which was unbelievably spoiling!! with a huge hot tub Jacuzzi inside , huge super comfortable bed and amazing view. The shower and the bathroom were so large! Super fine and beautiful design. Breakfast unbelievably rich and tasty! The best place I’ve ever stayed in 🌸
