Cleanliness8.0/10
Multiple comments praise cleanliness and tidy rooms (e.g. "very clean", "cuartos limpos"); a few mentions of dated carpets/odour and one mattress issue slightly reduce score.
Service8.3/10
Consistently praised staff across reviews as friendly, helpful and accommodating (repeat guests note polite staff and good check-in experience).
Location9.0/10
Repeated strong positive mentions: 'excellent location', 'toplage', 'perfect for walking/shopping' and 'in the heart of Rome' justify a very high score.
Room Quality6.8/10
Mixed reports: comfortable beds and tasteful decor for many, but several guests cite small rooms, a very hard extra bed, noisy corridor/sofa area, AC problems and at least one incorrect room assignment.
Amenities6.7/10
Breakfast, towels and a nice terrace are positives, but frequent complaints about small/insufficient elevators, occasional AC failures and building limitations lower the rating.
Value for Money7.5/10
Some guests explicitly note good value for price; combined with central location and generally positive service this yields an above-average value score.
Food and Beverage7.5/10
Breakfast is described as excellent in multiple reviews, supporting a solid score though not every review comments on F&B.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel in Rome A lovely hotel in Rome! We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the beautiful interior, comfortable atmosphere, and overall experience. The hotel is stylish, welcoming, and a great choice for anyone visiting Rome. Everything was well organized, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Didn't like: One thing worth mentioning is that check-in takes place in one building, but your actual room may be located in another building a few blocks away. After checking in, you need to walk to the other location. However, this wasn’t an inconvenience for us at all and didn’t negatively affect our stay. Just something useful for future guests to know!

Almost everything. Staff are friendly and infirmative. Room was clean and as expected. Location is super.

Didn't like: The extra bed is not very comfortable. But I guess thats not a problem.

Disappointing The hotel was luxurious and had a nice entrance. Bathroom was nice.

Didn't like: We didn't get the room we promised in our initial booking, we didn't get the coffee machine which was clearly outlined in our facilities included in the booking. The room was very small for the money we paid. Could hear everything from the room next door also.

Not satisfied The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and breakfast wad a good variety of food.

Didn't like: The Room we stayed in was classified as a Junior suite for 3 persons. I was staying there for a week with my octogenerian parents. This room was not suitable for 3 adults for 1 week. It was definitely not a Junior suite. The wardrobe was tiny with only 6 hangers and the only luggage space available was for 1 small hand luggage. We had 2 x 20kg luggages and 3 x 10kg hand luggages between us so we were constantly bumping into our luggage. We did not even have a chair or hook to put our used clothes or jackets. The lighting in the room was also inadequate. The bathroom was good but the space to put our toiletries was very limited. I used the sofa bed which was ok but the head of the bed was exactly next to the bathroom door which was not very pleasant. One other thing that bothered me was that above our room there seemed to be a loft with a glass window overlooking my bed and during the night sometimes the light in the loft would be left on. Also I feel that for the price we paid for a week I was expecting to be more comfortable. Lq

Location is a super plus

Didn't like: Safety was too small, did not work very well. TV is only by apps (Neflix, Prime etc) but WiFi is not strong enough, so watching a movie got constantly interrupted. Either you provide cable or you get better internet signal. AC was not the best (room was warm) thankfully it was October and not Summer.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Great location near Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, right by Via del Corso for shopping.

Didn't like: The elevator is very small and infrequent.

Satisfactory Location

Didn't like: Most of the rooms have windows facing the back courtyard, where there is a ventilation system that makes a loud noise and produces unpleasant smells. In practice, it is impossible to open the windows and get some fresh air.
