I have been to multiple hotels and resorts around the Dominican Republic and world, and I absolutely love how respectful and friendly the staff are here. They treat you with genuine friendliness whether you leave a tip or not, and you don't see any difference in their attitude. I am extremely impressed and really loved my stay. This place truly stands out compared to others! Many restaurants, family activities and entertainment at night, clean, bedroom was huge! Minibar was restocked every day.

Overall everything was good I like everything in the resort

Didn't like: The food could be better, because I'm from Jamaica I was thinking of a little bit of jersey chicken would do. I didn't enjoy not one meal for the days I was there.

There are other better options out there.. So many pools and the staff, excellent!! Good food at restaurants..

Didn't like: Buffet food not that good. Pool hours too short 7pm. Poor room cleaning. A/C was low and we didn’t felt it. We needed to change of room twice. There was American preference $$$

Don’t stay here, not worth your time or money. It’s an all-inclusive resort

Didn't like: The staff were a horrible customer service. Upon arrival they could not find our reservation, but after speaking with Booking.com, it appeared that the hotel canceled our reservation and made us rebook it at a higher price. The staff were not helpful at all. They were busy chatting, when we expressed our concerns to them, they started singing in our face as if it was nothing. The representative lied on us. it was a horrible experience overall I would not advise anyone to stay here.

Horrible do not stay here, Staff unprofessional and money greedy Nothing

Didn't like: Upon arrival at this hotel, they canceled our reservation and made us book another reservation one at a more expensive price. When requesting the room that we paid for we were informed that they didn’t have it and would have to give it to us at a later time and told us that we had to pay more . However, it did not make sense to pay because they never gave us the room that we originally paid for. Basically, they were asking for us to pay for their mistake. The staff are not accommodating. They are RUDE. Addition, we got lied on during our stay where the security had to get involved and we were approved to be right due to the proof that we had. This place will try to upcharge you upon your arrival. When we noticed all of this, we automatically canceled our reservation and to another hotel. This is by far the most horrible experience I’ve had with a hotel.Do not stay here..
