Overall, it was a good stay, but not worth the price we paid... The resort had beautiful scenery, lovely tropical gardens, and amazing outdoor pools. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas, which were much more beautiful and enjoyable than the indoor spaces.
Didn't like: Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the food were disappointing and below our expectations. Also, many staff members had difficulty understanding and communicating in English, which was frustrating for international guests. Sometimes, we felt that our requests were not properly understood.

El hotel esta bastante bonito, con instalaciones que se ven bien mantenidas y cuidadas. Me gustó los juegos de agua, los shows en las noches
Didn't like: Me parece que la calidad de la comida puede mejorar un poco, me dejó esperando algo mas. Adicionalmente, la seleccion de cerveza estuvo bastante limitada, aun en las secciones de preferred. Y me parecio un poco understaffed los bares, a menudo estaban vacios porque el barman estaba comiendo o haciendo alguna otra cosa.

Good The pool area and the coffee. Staff is great and very welcoming. Albert and Kelvin at the pool bar were excellent, fun, quick, and very nice.
Didn't like: Food and people harassing me to buy stuff at the beach.

The resort was great, and the beach was amazing The pool was nice.. The food was mid, best restaurant was the Mexican place that was recommend 10/10. My room was great besides the shower drained took forever to drain.. other then that. I would go back or recommend resort just wish the food options were better.

Super enjoyable experience Absolutely phenomenal service. Wait staff was on the ball, decent variety in foods and an event happens every night. The pool was large (we were in the preferred), the to swim up bars was a fun experience. Location is beautiful and well maintained. Only minor complaint was the amount of seaweed in the ocean making it a tangle to get into and kinda making the water more murky looking. Once you get out of the seaweed it is enjoyable, the water just wasn't as clear as we were expecting, but apparently the time of year we went plays heavily into that.
